15"H Oriental Blue and White Garden Stool

This 15" high Chinese porcelain stool is glazed in a traditional Oriental blue and white daisy chain design with floral vines overlapping each other throughout the piece.  Symbolic pierced double medallions are carved (double happiness) in a rich blue color. This barrel stool has imitation nail heads on both the top and bottom rim that resemble a Chinese drum. Used as a garden stool in ancient China and today as an extra seat, foot rest, small table, plant stand, cocktail table or as an end table. This item will look great in a traditional, modern, garden, sun room, or period home décor.
