This unique Antique Dowry Chest is Korean and about 110 years old. Its authentic iron work is exemplary of Japanese style furnishings that were common in Korea during that period. Made of  Elm wood, lacquered red, and restored by a leading antique restoration company in China, this two piece (Stand and Chest) set has a fold out shelf and removable storage cover that acts as a shelf, increasing its functionality. Carved black iron adorns this red antique chest while abstract black brush work adorns its top. This stunning item can be used as a blanket chest, a shoe cabinet in your entry or is perfect as a bar or entertainment center in your living areas.
