The eclectic style began in Europe and United States in the mid-1800s, and it still exists nowadays. This was the era when artisans began to give shape to the furniture and decor accents, starting to create products that were not only functional but also original. Currently, this style has become a way of living in an environment that does not identify us with a particular choice of taste, but we prefer to marry different trends, mixing elements and accessories within the home or even in the same room. Eclectic means freedom to combine together vintage and modern elements, but also different fabrics and colors that form a pleasant contrast. A handmade armoire with mother of pearl inlaid can easily find space next to an Hollywoodian velvet Bordeaux sofa. Designing a house in an eclectic style could represent a convenient solution, which allows you to recycle old furniture and accessories.
