Chinese Antique Red Lacquered Carved Cabinet

This exotic Chinese antique cabinet is from northern, China and is about 80 years old. We found this Chinese elm wood cabinet in the Chinese country side and had it restored by local craftsmen. Unusual 2 door cabinet with 4 painted panels and 5 bottom drawers. Has an inside drawer & shelf unit behind the large two doors. Restored and polished inside and outside with new big brass hardware, this handsome red lacquer armoire is hand painted in a Chinese landscape design. Clean and simple lines with Ming style elements and carvings it measure 30" wide x 18" deep x 75" high. Use in a bedroom for clothing or in the living room as a entertainment center.
