Chinese Blue and White Lidded Jar with Chinese Longevity Symbol

This large 25" high Chinese jar has a slender profile with hand painted vines and Chinese calligraphy in blue and white glazing with antique finish.The Chinese character for longevity is glazed on four sides. Use a a center piece on a table top or on a plant stand in a corner of a room. Made by Chinese potters in small cottage industries , only a few are made every day ! These handmade objects are fired and made in the same old traditional methods of the Ming dynasty. We find and import these items ourselves to avoid the additional markup of middle men and provide you with authentic Chinese porcelains that are rare and handmade.
