Rare vintage hexagonal planter with Japanese style Imari artwork. Hand made, this planter is decorated with Koi fish and water lily inside  The  outside is a complicated blend of geometric patterns, pastel colors in rich gold, blues and corals. The oak leaves have a wonderful artesian detail with an added arabesque medallion and matching painted bow. It has an inch wide rim with continued oak leave vine pattern. the inside glaze has been decorated with indigo fish patterns and florals. It would be a good asset to your décor.
