This rare Tibetan cabinet is from the Turn of the 19th century and about 120 year old. Unusual Buddha legs with raised chinoiserie hand painting of mystical dragon, lions and floral all depicted in a heavenly background painting style using traditional warm colors with contrasting blues to create a standalone work of art. The top is clear lacquer finished over a aged elm wood wood surface. Made of elm wood and refurbished by a excellent restoration company in Shanghai China that I have been doing business with for years. You can use this large cabinet in the living room as an entertainment center, dining room as a buffet/ server or in the bed room as a dresser. Its wide size is 117" long will offer lots of storage and is perfect for that large wall without cluttering. We have rarely found such unique chest.
